I’ve seen something I want to buy - How do I place an order?

Our shop is maintained through Big Cartel. If you want to place an order click the ‘add to cart’ button. You will then be able to pay for your order through Paypal. All orders for ‘in stock’ items will be shipped out within one week. I ship twice a week on a Monday and a Friday. All items are shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is made through Paypal, this allows us to accept debit and credit cards, or funds through your Paypal balance.

I live in Canada - Do You ship internationally?

I will ship to Eurpoe, the USA, Canada, Mexica, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. I ship all international parcels via Royal Mail Airmail. Prices reflect not only postage but also packing materials.

What is your return policy?

All non-sale items are returnable only if they are found to be faulty, within 10 days. Refunds will be given via the method you originally paid for the order and will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected. All returned items must me unused and unworn or they will be sent back to you with no refund given. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

I need a hat to match my outfit - can you help me?
